Inaugural Post

Hi folks,

I meaning to try my hand at creating/maintaining a blog for some time now, with an eye towards keeping in better touch with family and friends. Life can get a bit crazy at times, and I know that we (Chris, Sam and I) haven't always been great about keeping in touch with the people that we care about. With the new baby due to arrive at pretty much any time, I thought this was the perfect time to see if blogging worked for our family.

In the coming weeks I'm planning on posting updates about the baby's arrival, Sam's latest shenanigans, and other family news that might be of interest. If you could, please post comments occasionally so that I know that people are actually visiting the site.
